1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, posting content (including events, messages, or comments), or otherwise using Habeshan Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

Habeshan Events has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree that you will not:

• Post, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scam, or use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Post content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in abusive behavior. We act on reports of objectionable content and aim to resolve them within 24 hours.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you post (events, messages, ratings, etc.). You grant Habeshan Events a license to display and distribute your content in connection with the service. We may use filtering tools and user reports to detect and remove objectionable content.

4. Reporting and Blocking

You can report objectionable content or users using the Report feature in the app. You can also block other users to stop seeing their content and prevent them from contacting you. When you block someone, we may use that information to improve safety. We review reports and take action (including removing content and banning users) in line with our policies.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimer

Habeshan Events is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from user-generated content.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes we may notify you or require renewed acceptance.
